Q: What are the territory rights, and how is the territory determined?
A: The Territory will be for a specific geographic region that we define by zip codes, natural, or political boundaries as set forth on Schedule 1 to the Franchise Agreement (“Territory”). A territory will have a minimum population of approximately 50,000 residents, as determined by the U.S. Census Bureau or mapping software that we feel is reliable. You will receive an exclusive territory, meaning a geographic area within which we will not establish either a company-owned or franchised outlet selling the same or similar goods or services under the same or similar trademarks or service marks.
Q: How does Seva handle caregiver recruitment and retention?
A: The Seva Senior Home Care franchise team provides training on recruitment strategies (job boards, advertising) and support for staff management. Caregiver recuitment and retention is one of the most important components of a successful home care agency.
Q: Does Seva offer financing options for the franchise fee or startup costs?
A: We do not offer direct or indirect financing. We do not guarantee your note, lease or obligation. Third Party Financing is available upon request.
Q: How does Seva help with marketing and building the business?
A: Seva provides consulting and proven methods and recommendations for vendors and programs for website design, marketing and advertising, local marketing materials, and guidance on referral networks.
Q: What is the expected return on investment for a Seva franchise?
A: We do not make any representations about a franchisee’s future financial performance or the past financial performance of company-owned or franchised outlets. We also do not authorize our employees or representatives to make any such representations either orally or in writing. If you are purchasing an existing outlet, however, we may provide you with the actual records of that outlet.
